SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days in Peru, and between 5 and 25 business days (excluding customs processing) to Europe and the rest of the world, depending on the carrier chosen at the time of ordering. In case of a collection launch or restocking, please refer to the item description tab information or your order form. Please note that if any items are not immediately available, your entire order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. You can find our shipping policies right here.

Returns: You have 15 days to return an item if it does not meet your expectations or does not fit you starting from the date you receive your ordered products (or in the case of an order containing several products delivered separately, starting from the receipt of the last product).
